Arsenal Boss Arsene Wenger Makes Huge Retirement Revelation

Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has made a huge admission about his retirement.

The Arsenal boss has come under mounting pressure this season as supporters and pundits alike call for his head.

The Gunners face a serious risk of missing out on Champions League football next season and their best chance of qualifying is by winning the Europa League.

It is thought that Wenger may call time on his 22-year reign in the summer, despite having 12 months left on his contract.

But if the Frenchman does decide end his spell in north London then he claims he would like to try his hand at another club before entering retirement.

“Yes, of course [I want to manage after Arsenal], as long as I have the physical strength and the desire to do it,” Wenger told beIN SPORTS.

“I know that depends on my physical status and how well I am mentally.

“It’s a decision I’ll have to make at some stage.

“At the moment I live in the present and I just want to do as well as I can for my club and I don’t worry too much what happens to me.

“You don’t stay 22 years at a club the stature of Arsenal without a total complete commitment and the sacrifice of your life.

“That will not change today until the end of the season, until the end of my contract, if I can I will do that. After I don’t know what I will do.”

Wenger is currently focussed on trying to win the Europa League, where Arsenal face CSKA Moscow in the quarter-finals.

It is highly unlikely the Gunners will be able to close the 13-point gap to fourth-placed Tottenham in the Premier League Table.
