Summary :
Achieving unit business goals through quality recruitment and training
of Insurance Advisors
Develop business segments as per company strategy with compliance

Key Responsibilities:
To recruit team of Insurance Advisors as per the corporate strategy e.g.
satisfaction and customer grievances
To ensure and maintain levels of productivity as prescribed


Recruitment:
Identify/Prospect for candidates that can be successful Advisors.
Maintain a dynamic prospect list for advisors.
Recruit by selling  career opportunity to
such prospective advisors.

Team Development and Coaching:
Conduct Regular meetings with all advisors
Identify weak areas based on these review meetings & take corrective
action as also chalk out developmental needs of teams & train them in the
weak areas/nominate them to training programs.
Ensure hand holding of all new advisors & ensure their development
through on the field training & supervision.


Desired Candidate Profile :
Graduates/post graduates with minimum 2 years of experience. Ex-Banker
Good Communication Skills.
Good team building skills
Training and motivation capacity
Knowledge of finance, investment
